Nice hotel in central position
Excellent position. Room cleaning to improve. Sofa open as aN extra double bed even if my reservation was for a Double. Good breakfast. Amazing terrace but some maintenance improvement to plan. M.

Great Hotel & Location ...
I did appreciate the costumer service. Nevertheless, I was the ‘only’ guess in the entire Hotel, I was treated extremely well... The bar ‘Breakfast’ was closed as expected but they gave me a ‘coupon’ to use at the local Bar across the street. Great people ! I enjoyed my stay - 5 Stars ⭐️ indeed

The location is excellent Cavour metro is at the bottom of the entrance steps and the 117 battery tourist bus stops outside. Breakfast is good, and the gym / pool spa facilities are good. The rooms and some of the furniture (especially the bathrooms) could do with a visit by a handyperson with a set of allen keys. a little tlc would make this a full smiley face review.

nice stay! relaxing!
the hotel is very nice, stylish, comfortable, we stayed 2 times during the trip, none of the two different room has a desk, that's the only thing I felt should included.

Amazing stay
Hotel was very clean, the room was very spacious. Front desk staff was very helpful. I will definently recommend this hotel if you are staying in Rome. It is little bit of far from central Rome. But it is worth to stay here because of the price and quality of room you get.

The hotel was situated near the subway allowing us access to many areas we wanted to go in a fast and inexpensive way. The breakfast was great and evening drinks were quaint. The room was spacious and modern. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Good location, but some disappointing quirks
PROS: It's a great location- right over a metro, walking distance to Colleseum as well as to the Central Station (Termini) which is near the Roman National Museum. Staff were very friendly. CONS: It's on a busy street so a bit noisy if you are a light sleeper (I was on the 4th floor- needed earplugs). That's not their fault- but there IS some noise they can control: For some reason they pipe in loud music in the hallways until late- right outside the bedrooms. Kind of odd. Finally, any time you get out of bed a night, a light turns on UNDER the bed, that you cannot turn off... it turns itself off after like 3 mins, which I figured out after calling reception. Very annoying. I stuffed pillows under my bed to keep the light out. I don't think hotels need to upgrade EVERYTHING for the latest technology... what is wrong with light switches? I don't think I would stay here again due to the hallway music and under-bed lights. Small annoyances that don't need to happen.

Beautiful hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was very nice but hot. Cannot self regulate temperature, we called front desk twice to have them change thermostat they did not. We slept with window open but it was very nosy due to location so we didn’t sleep well. Shower drain also clogged so water filled fast - quick showers for us. Brunch was amazing and our transport to airport was early which was great. Rooftop deck had amazing views. Thank you.

Very handy to all the landmarks and close to Rome Termi station. Staff very accommodating, and the breakfast is great with many choices. Modern and chic furnishings, and the top floor area is great for a drink and great views of the city. Excellent stay.

Great location right by the Metro. Restaurants and shopping in walking distance. The only downside was the noise. The walls a thin and the property is location in a busy area. We heard a lot of ambulances throughout the night.

Check in was easy, room was great - a little noisy but big and very comfortable. Lobby beautiful and there always seemed to have snacks out. Only negative was the spa, which we scheduled for a free hour - there was no one down at the spa to check in with or explain things, we just left after 10 mins in the sauna.

The hotel is nice & walking distance to all central sites. The room we had is really huge. The bathroom needs a thorough cleaning of the tile grout as there are portions that are moldy. There was a sewer gas smell that we reported to the front desk that their maintenance staff fixed. They are aware of the the odor. I just wished they had fixed it before they clear the room for check-in. They also need to replace their towels as most are thin, rough & not presentable for hotel guests.

The advertising for this place makes it sound way better than it is. Disappointing roof top bar and appy’s. Downstairs bar was rarely open. Rooms are getting old and need maintenance. The breakfast buffet was great and and staff were very friendly and helpful. Quality and price did not match.

We stayed at the hotel for five nights at the beginning of September. Absolutely great location, walking distance to a lot of the tourist attractions and to the Termini station as well. Staff was amazing and very helpful with all of our questions and needs. We will definitely stay again when back in Rome.

The room we had was refurbished and used technology to control the lighting in the room. Breakfast was good and run by a friendly staff. Cookies were left with the coffee which made us think it was complementary. At check out we had to pay for the cookies we ate. Not a problem since cost is low, but most places provide time left by the coffee. Coffee is prepared using a Lavaza machine so it was easy to use. Very convenient to Metro; just walk out the door and the metro is right there. Staff at the front desk were great and proved to be very helpful.

Overall the hotel was in a good location, relatively clean and very modern. The only thing that I wasn’t happy with was the level of noise from the outside. The hotel could really benefit from noise blocking windows, at some points I felt like I was asleep outside!! We were on the 3rd floor but could hear every noise from the street. The rooftop jacuzzi was a pleasant bonus. The temperature of the AC cannot be changed, it was either 17 degrees or you could turn it off, the 17 degrees was a little bit too cold, but when it was switched off it got too warm.

The rooms were lovely and nice decor! Loved the rooftop bar. However breakfast was not good, there wasn’t much to chose from. The staff wasn’t amazing and the service could of been better. We did have trouble opening the door for our room, it was very hard and stiff to open.
