PROS: It's a great location- right over a metro, walking distance to Colleseum as well as to the Central Station (Termini) which is near the Roman National Museum.
Staff were very friendly.
CONS: It's on a busy street so a bit noisy if you are a light sleeper (I was on the 4th floor- needed earplugs). That's not their fault- but there IS some noise they can control: For some reason they pipe in loud music in the hallways until late- right outside the bedrooms. Kind of odd. Finally, any time you get out of bed a night, a light turns on UNDER the bed, that you cannot turn off... it turns itself off after like 3 mins, which I figured out after calling reception. Very annoying. I stuffed pillows under my bed to keep the light out. I don't think hotels need to upgrade EVERYTHING for the latest technology... what is wrong with light switches? I don't think I would stay here again due to the hallway music and under-bed lights. Small annoyances that don't need to happen.
