The stay was good. We only needed a short stay and it worked for us. Wifi signal was weak. Host was very kind and catered to us even though we arrived late at night.

The place is real good; it is clean and basics are well-provided; Luigi is very nice and helpful. Will definitely book our next Rome visit to this place — Simply Rome, and to recommend to family and friends.

Disappointing

We stayed in an apartment. Wasn't what we were expecting. We would have to wait 30 minutes just for the water to warm up for a shower, having said that whilst having a shower it would suddenly go cold and you have to wait another 10 minutes for it to be warm and there was barley water coming out. The oven was like a 1960s oven!!! It would take 1 hour just to cook chips! The rooms were clean however, the beds were rock hard and there was a very strong odour that could be strongly smelt in the night. We had to open all the windows just because of it. Overall need to be updated.

Friendly owner but Bad overall experience

Although the owner seemed nice and friendly, but the place... I guess just not quite what I was expecting from the hotel.com intro page. First, the good parts are room was clean and the cleaning lady was pretty nice too. Now here are the bad parts, beside the plactures looks Wayy nicer then the real thing, there was No kitchen in the rooms(I was shown 3 rooms, only one for just an microwave); breakfast buffet meant a small bucket with 2 breads with jam fillings, two espressos, two orange juice in the fridge and that’s basically It; the room was Constantly without hot water, we only stayed for two nights, there was no hot water Most of time when we tried, infact not to be gross, we didn’t have hot shower for two days due to no hot water for the shower nor tap; horriable soundproof, you will hear Every step from upstairs as soon as their foot touch the floor(they wasn’t trying step hard or anything is that you can hear even the Lightest steps), also you can hear basically Every conversation the next door And the upstairs tenants are having; lastly the heater for the room was Very unstable too, first night we only had heat for the first few hours and the thing just kept on making water sounds without any heat coming out, it was cold throughout the nigh only came on aBit in the morning, the sound on and off never stopped but it barely did the job.... these are the things on top of my head that I can remember that bothered me, hope you won’t have to go through the same :)

Friendly staff and very helpful answering questions. Hotel mentioned breakfast was provided but there was only two bread rolls and coffee/tea placed in a basket in the room. Also, kitchen is in a shared space not in individual rooms. The room was nice with comfortable beds. Shower curtain was too small so bathroom floor would always get wet. The room had an AC unit so room was kept cool.

Хорошее соотношение цена/качество

В общем и целом все было хорошо. Но есть несколько замечаний: 1) заявлен завтрак «шведский стол», - на самом деле это лежащие у вас на столе круассаны, сухарики, джем, пакеты для приготовления эспрессо, молоко и сок в тетрапак. 2) все кровати одинарные, кроме одной на кухне. 3) будьте готовы доплатить на месте 3.5€ за каждого - городской налог. 4) ванная не замыкается - просил ключ, но его так и не принесли. Уютное место, с верандой и всем необходимым для приготовления пищи. Идеально для тех, кто путешествует на автомобиле.

Si vabbè magari per una sera veloce ma non lo consiglierei. Il parcheggio era scritto come gratuito ma non è così in quanto siamo stati costretti a parcheggiare fuori dal condominio in mezzo alla strada. Appena siamo arrivati alla signora è interessato giusto prendere rapidamente il costo della tassa di soggiorno e andare via in un baleno. Per il resto ok.

Good location and Luigi was very helpful

Very nice location. Luigi was also very nice and very helpful. It is situated in a nice area of Ciampino. Also located near the airport. Luigi very informative. I was staying in Rome for the Italian Open tennis.

Simply Rome is clean, safe, comfortable and enjoyable. Great place to relax near Rome. Lovely patios and modern spacious bathrooms. Kitchen with all utensils. Easy parking. Bus to train to Rome nearby. Luigi was great. Would stay there again without any concerns. Stayed a week.

Rummet luktade rök och läget var sådär

Vi valde hotellet för vår sista natt på vår resa. Vi hade en tidig flight morgonen efter och ville bo någonstans nära Ciampinos flygplats eftersom vi ville lämna vår bil dagen innan. Tyvärr låg hotellet inte riktigt så nära som vi trott och det var extremt svårt att få tag på en taxi som hittade till hotellet. Tydligen kunde bara taxibilarna hitta inne i Rom och inte en kvart från flygplatsen... Trots att det bara var 10-15 minuter att åka kostade det 20 euro, både med taxi och hotellets egen shuttleservice. Dock körde ägarna oss kl 04:40 på morgonen till flygplatsen vilket var väldigt snällt, och således värt priset. Rummet luktade rök vilket gjorde upplevelsen mycket sämre. I övrigt kändes rummet fräscht och bra i förhållande till prisklassen. Vi var positivt överraskade förutom röklukten. Hotellet ligger i ett bostadsområde i Ciampino så det fanns inget större utbud av restauranger i närheten. Vi åt på flygplatsen efter att vi lämnat vår bil. Frukosten bestod av en inplastad croissant som låg i en skål på vårt rum, samt juice och kaffe som man fick göra själv i det gemensamma köksutrymmet, vilket var en besvikelse då det står att hoteller serverar frukost. Vi köpte med oss mackor från flygplatsen att äta på morgonen istället.
