"Please add some sort of information about the hotel that helps people understand your location. This is not the hotel at the airport, is actually quite far and you have to use a shuttle. We found out the hard way and had to walk back 30 minutes to other side of the airport to find the shuttle."
"It was a beautiful hotel located very close to the airport. The pool was great but you had to pay 3 euros for a pool towel which I thought was unnecessary being that I was paying to stay at the hotel. The restaurant had great service and food. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again. The shuttle service was excellent too. 12 euros for this service was well worth it. It was punctual and got us there in plenty of time. The room was spacious and bed was very comfortable! We didn’t have time to eat the free breakfast but it looked good."

"The hotel itself was excellent and so was the breakfast every morning. The only thing that turned me off was the area the hotel is located in. The neighborhood it sits in is run-down. There was overgrown landscaping everywhere the city needs to clean up. Also, there was a lot of graffiti spray painted on walls in the area. The neighborhood did not appear to be clean at all. I was taken aback when we pulled up and prayed the hotel would not be the same inside. If I could pick the hotel up and place it in a nicer area, I would. The area it sits in does it no justice."
"Staff was very friendly and attentive! Help with luggage and taxi! Make sure we are very well taken care of. Arrived early prior to check in, have our luggage tag and store securely. Very clean and comfortable place. Bed are adjustable and very comfortable with massaging and zero gravity features."
