First, learned that there would not be a receptionist at the hotel when we arrived, but an envelope that was supposed to have two key cards and a set of keys. We arrived exactly when we said we would arrive. There was only one key card. We inserted the key card at least 100 times and the door would not open. We called the 24 hour helpline and complain that we did not have a second key card and the key card that we did have was not working properly. She insisted we were doing something wrong yet we were duplicating exactly what she told us to do. Eventually, something lined up and the door buzzed, and we entered the hallway which was lined with garbage bags. Which was not a very nice site. We entered our room and it was icy cold the shower door hinges were off, and there was only a thin blanket on each bed. We called the 24 hour service again and requested extra blankets and the second key card once again. At this time, the lady unloaded on us finally she said there was a sliding door in the hallway and I could find blankets as needed. And I did so after we unpacked, we went out for the evening and when we came home once again, we could not get into our apartment. This time, howeverthere was a message on the 24 hour service number to call the police if nobody answered. I left a message saying if we did not hear back. I would have to call the police. Eventually, I had no other choice. I called the police. It took them an hour and they had the same problem. I want my $ back!
