Very thin walls and couldnt turn the heat off so had to sleep with the door open all night. Its fine if only there for a night for the airport but wouldn't recommend for a long stay
This hotel was in a perfect location, it was a 15 minute walk to ciampino train station where from there you can get direct to rome for €1.50. I wouldn't recommend getting a taxi from the airport as they wanted to charge €30 just to go 1.1 miles, we got a bus for €1.50 euros that dropped us off just up the road! The hotel itself is a little dated but was really clean & the room had everything we needed but to be honest we didn't spend much time there as we were out exploring! I was slightly disappointed after reading reviews that this was a very welcoming family run hotel with people that spoke good English, that wasn't really the case, we waited for a while in reception before a man arrived who spoke no English & kept talking to me in Italian, it was only from the gestures he was doing I really got what he was saying! Again the hotel is clean & perfectly located so I am not going to give it low scores but just didn't get the friendly feel from It! Also beware....the walls are super thin, we heard next door everytime they went to the toilet &...well you can guess what èlse! :/
