Good hotel with Hilton quality.
The hotel is at the Hampton standard and the rooms are comfortable and clean. The surrounding park can be a relaxing space and the parking availability is a big plus.

The location of the property is not an easy feature of it. It's located in Rome east, far away from any of the mani turist attarctions. Even away from good dining. Perhaps it'd better to advertise the hotel as a business traveller location.

Crew were friendly and prompt. The hotel was very clean and updated. Breakfast was the best! We all enjoyed the food. Restaurant that is walking distance in the premise was great.

The hotel staff is really good, knowledgeable, and knew english well. Our issue was with our room and its location. We were next to the lobby so it was noisy all the time and hard to sleep at jight and then sleep in the morning as you could hear everyone's conversations and people running in the halls. The pillows and bed were also extremely uncomfortable. Besides this thebstaff did a grest job cleaning the room was a decent size.

Almost Perfect
Excellent property and staff. Only complaint is the breakfast items that are supposed to be hot never are hot. Our last morning, we had an early flight, so we’re there when breakfast opened, and the eggs were still cold. So as long as you do not bother with the (not) hot breakfast items and stick to the other choices, all will be great.

The staff was very sweet. The lady at the reception was friendly and helped us around. Best part was we needed someone to wake us up for our flight at 2 am and the guy at the reception came all the way up and knocked on our door until we woke up!! The only bad thing about the hotel was that there were hundreds of frogs all around the hotel and I’m scared of frogs and I don’t want to step on them. They were not inside the hotel but there were a lot outside and that was scary

I had an amazing experience, they saved us from having to stay in a terrible place in Rome of which we had to checkout of after just checking in, the reservation I made immediately after online less than an hour prior to arrival to the Hampton worked out great.

The young lady who checked us in I think her name was Atlia was kind from beginning to end. The biggest problem was every morning around 3 a.m. We would start to smell a sewage order that would last until maybe 6 a.m. Very disturbing.

They were great! At first, they couldn’t find my Expedia reservation. But it didn’t stop them from checking me in. They later called Expedia and got it all straightened out. We ended coming back for another night in the middle of our trip. Every single staff member was sooooo accommodating. I can’t thank them enough!

The hotel was a great deal for Rome but the location is remote (which accounts for the value) and not reachable by public transportation. Even taxis would not service the hotel unless originating from the Train station.

The hotel is in new condition, the room was beautiful with comfortable beds. There is no minibar in the room. The service was excellent and very helpful. The breakfast was fantastic. We eaten one evening in the hotel restaurant and it was very bad decision, the food was not testy and expensive. The local neighborhood is industrial area and nothing to find there. You Must have a car or a taxi to get to city. Very close to the Autostrada of Rome.

So I booked this hotel based on cost and brand name. What a mistake. The location is in a run down industrial area that has no service to the city center. Plan on 50€ one way taxi trips as the hotel does not have any sort of shuttle service. For this reason we cut our stay short only to find out that Cheaptickets booked the room through Expedia instead of handling the reservation themselves. Expedia has a no refund policy that is different than Cheaptickets or Hilton. So We are out $550. As it stands Cheaptickets is claiming the hotel refuses to give the refund. The hotel says Expedia forbids the refund, but if I had booked directly with them they would happily give the refund. Very frustrating situation.

There was no fridge in room and you can not adjust to room temperature on AC switch but generally it was good and comfortable. Receptionists were so polite.
