If you want to get mugged then this is your hotel. Your safe once you're inside but getting inside is dependent on pressing an intercom button and by the time they answer you've literally lost your mobile phone and wallet. Room was very basic and in poor condition. Staff were helpful in finding me a hospital to get my injured hand looked at after the mugging.

The heating in the room was not working; we did not have duvets, and we were provided only with a blanket. When we reported the problem to the reception, we were told engender will fix it for the second night but this did not happen. The receptionist claimed there was nothing wrong with the heating and disregard our claim. Unfortunately, at the time when we were in Tome it was 0 degrees outside and we had to sleep with clothes and use our coats for cover. Dreadful experience

Horrible bedroom and bathroom. No air conditioning so spent miserable 2 nights. They lie and tell you that the AC has been shut down by the city of Rome. We moved to another hotel and no problems whatsoever over there. Do not stay at this hotel Concorde in Rome. No soap in the bathroom either.

Not very welcoming on arrival, the older gentleman on reception that evening was neither happy, welcoming or polite. The day time reception team and housekeeping were great and friendly. It appears the night time reception staff were not wanting to be there,

The providers had a dog which we lent down to pat, but lunged and growled at us. Not a great welcome. There wasnt much option for breakfast, squash was to strong to drink, and staff member couldnt understand when trying to ask for teabags. Staff on the reception were friendly and helpful.

Propensity located near all public transports you need to get around Rom. You can also walk to popular sites like Colosseums, Foro Romano, Trevi Fountain etc. Within 20 minutes walk. Try a Metro from Termini only a few stations to get to Vatican. Plenty of restaurants around to dine or grab a quick lunch. Area is safe though it didn’t look like at first impression, because it is near the train station. Getting here from or to airport is very convenient with bus or train. Staffs are very friendly and don’t skip the complimentary breakfast. Will stay here again every time we come here.

The location was perfect, a stone's throw from the station and walkable from all the main sites, only 20 mins from the Colosseum. The room was clean and the shower was good. The rooms are on 5th floor and there is one lift but it all works fineand wewould stay here again. Coffee and breakfast were also decent.

Hotel Concorde
Very basic hotel, room badly in need of re-decorating. No fridge in room and tiny shower. Room was clean and staff friendly and helpful. Walking distance to train and bus station, supermarket and resturants.

Nice tidy room although the air con wasnt great, and had to be switched off when you left as you had to leave your keys at the front desk Also it is on the 6th floor! It has an old looking lift but wouldnt be great if you had large bags. Lovely cool shower for the heat when we were there Cute small balcony on the top floor for some fresh air in the morning Breakfast isnt the best but does the job, a few stale croissants and jam, coffee and 2 types of cereal, and banana yoghurts

We enjoyed our stay. Very close to the Termini station. Many nice restaurants in the area. Hotel staff was friendly and hotel was clean. Rooms are very small.

BEWARE FINANCIAL EXPLOITATION AND ADVERTISEMENT FRAUD The city of Rome, Italy is beautiful but this hotel is excluded. Do not book here! - Have to GIVE YOUR HOTEL KEYS to receptionist every time you leave the hotel & buzz yourself inside the hotel since you don’t get to keep the keys - TOILET FLUSHES ONLY ONE TIME PER DAY so you have to limit your food intake - NEIGHBORHOOD IS SKETCHY there are panhandlers outside - There is only one old SKETCHY ELEVATOR that is 100 degrees inside - AC DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY Cleaning people TAKE AWAY AC CARD so the room gets extremely warm while you’re away & room temperature equals 85 degrees. Cleaning team opens balcony windows when you are away despite its 100 degrees outside - WIFI DOES NOT WORK - FORCED BY RECEPTION TO PAY 3 ADDITIONAL TIMES FOR MY BOOKING in order to get my keys and not lose the booking because the receptionist was claiming that I never paid for the hotel when booking since the payment was “rejected” according to them - after reading the hotel booking I saw the name on the receipt was a completely different name than mine (complete different cultural background), mind you, reception used my passport to find my booking - no idea how you get this screwed up. It took hours to to fix the mistake and I was woken up at 11pm by reception so that the hotel at their convenience can fix the mistake by giving me a refund. No other accommodations were provided. - HAZARDOUS AND UNCOMFORTABLE ROOM STRUCTURE

People selling and buying drugs meters from the main entrance on the street. Hotel lost power 1st night in 92 degree heat. Overcharged us for city tax. Area around the hotel is full of garbage and street vendors. Rome has become filthy.

Budget friendly, near termini
The hotel serves the purpose I wanted, location close to termini, and cheap! Free breakfast was good, hotel was safe, but the beds were rock hard and the cleanliness was fair. I’ve stayed in better, but I would have no problem staying here again or recommending it to a friend on a budget.

The wifi did not work at all. The electricity would turn on and off randomly throughout the day. the hotel overall was dirty and grotty. The street outside the hotel had stalls selling fake clothes with men doing drugs on the street, including a man once sleeping at the steps of the hotel. We felt very unsafe being on the street of the hotel and at times in the hotel as well. location is decent however not as close to landmarks as it claims. not worth it there are better for the price around the corner / much safer

Had a great Stay.
My Stay went well.. Single room with road side view.. Overall am satisfied. *Room looks bit old, but worth for the price. *Rooms and other common areas cleaned well. *Simple breakfast but worthy * Hot water issue in the peak time *Location is near Termini Station and many tourists attraction are walkable *Reception people are very good, young guy (forgot his name) is very kind and polite. * Kitchen and cleaning members also good

Room is better than last time, bigger in room size, washroom and bed. The toilet was very noisy for 3 minutes after each flush. Notified staff on duty, they said it is usual and asked me to ignore. I wasvstaying in room 510.

quick two night layover in Roma

For 1-2 night it’s ok!
When I arrive the receptionist said straight away to me that I don’t have any booking . After me being a bit rude because I was tired he had a look again and found my booking. The staff was overall nice but never helpful . I slept in the single room. Next to me was the kitchen at 6am the breakfast lady start preparing the breakfast and it was not possible to sleep after 6am, it was too loud. As my friends was staying in another hostel , night time it’s wasn’t nice for a single girl to come back alone . I never felt comfortable as the location isn’t in a good area. Last day when I checked out and had to take my bus for the airport at 4 am all around my hotel was prostitutes. So b prepared for that.
