Excellent location. A couple minutes walk from the forum. Our room was very comfortable, very clean. Appreciated the Nespresso machine in the room. The entrance to the building are 2 giant wooden doors. Call the number you are provided to get in.

Fantastic location! The staff were very communicative and helpful, though are not on site most of the time. The balcony looking at the forum is a great accent.

Definitely not a typical “hotel” like I expected but it was awesome. It was tricky to find since you had to enter a large wooden door without any signage. Make sure you have a phone that’s active (we weren’t from Italy so had to take our phone off airplane mode) to get access to the building. Great location, lots of food and easy walk to most sites.

Beautifully renovated, clean guesthouse with oustanding location. Very cool going through old doors to get up into the guesthouse, old building but new rooms makes you feel like you are living as a local. On a busy street lined with great restaurants. We thought it would be loud, but was extremely quiet as the windows/walls must have been soundproofed. Location was even better than we though, 5 minutes to the colloseum, Roman Forum, then maybe 10 or 15 minutes to Trevi Fountain. The only time we had to call a taxi was going to the Vatican. Owner was very responsive on Whats App. Detailed instructions on how to get in the first time, then you have keys after that. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Fabrizio made our stay wonderfully pleasant. Our room was very clean and had amenities I wouldn't have expected in an older building. The location was extremely convenient to all the historical Roman sites. We will definitely stay there again.

The best place to stay in Rome (Colloseum) area!
An absolute gem! This property was amazing and perfectly located in the area of the Colosseum. My friends and I stayed here and cannot say enough about our experience both with the accommodation and with our host. The host is attentive and helped us to enjoy the city of Rome so much more! Very clean, and lots of food options close by, great central location, and it is walkable to the Coliseum but it does not have parking as described when searching the parking option on Expedia. It is located inside a ZTL zone.

Thank you for your feedback Angela, we are happy to hear that you appreciated our location. We don't have private parking but just on the street there are public slots available for a fee. As you mentioned we are in the Restricted Traffic Area that starts at 300 meters from us but you can access with your car before 6.30am and after 6pm on Monday-Friday, before 2pm and after 6pm on Saturday, all day long on Sunday and on public holidays.

The guesthouse is in a great location - it's an easy walk to both the Roman Forum and the Colosseum. There are also many great affordable places to eat nearby. Our host Fabrizio went out of his way to help us with taxi bookings and allowed us a late checkout as our flight was late afternoon.

Such a lovely hotel. When you first arrive you wouldn't think there was a hotel there. It's through a giant wooden double door, which was easy to access, just had to buzz the button for the hotel and they directed us up. You could take stairs or with luggage the old school elevator. But the lovely housekeeping lady Lylia (sp*) was so nice and Fabrizio was great too. Very nice man! Made sure we had all we needed and provided the vip bottle of wine-which was yummy! The room was perfect size. I would just say be careful in the bathroom, beautiful size and layout but the floors are all marble/slick and the shower had no door so water will shoot everywhere lol, so we had to be careful not to slip. But other than that it was great! Also we could not hear the outside hustle and bustle late at night with the window closed; the room had a.c anyway (so that's a plus, as there was no need to have the window open). But again when closed it was well sound proofed. Would def stay here again! Definitely a cute spot, close to lots of restaurants and cafes and right around the corner from the Colosseum, Palantine Hill and Roman Forum, and about 20 mins from The Pantheon, & Trevi Fountain and 30 -40 mins from the Spanish steps.

Très bien situé à quelques pas du Forum. Le propriétaire très disponible par téléphone pour gérer les imprévus Petit déjeuner à 150m dans un café du quartier. La chambre dans un bel immeuble est très propre, et calme alors que l'endroit est très touristique

Our absolute favorite stay on our month long Europe trip. The room was spotless. You cannot beat the location. And the owner is hands on “just enough”. This place is an absolute gem. Don’t think twice — just click the button. This is the right place. All the major places in Rome to see are close by and easy walking. There are good places to eat on the same block. It is really hard to find a good place just by looking online — this is the one you want. It is safe and secure. But most important, the bed is perfect. Probably the best experience we have ever had with any kind of hotel in Europe.

Wonderful stay in Rome
Was impressed even weeks before our scheduled stay as Fabrizio from Dimora connected on WhatsApp and answered all of our questions as well provided useful information on our upcoming stay.
