"This has extremely small bedroom. In pictures, it looks big but it’s not the fact. It doesn’t have separate living room. Kitchen is part of small bedroom. There isn’t soap in bathroom. Parking space is limited. You may have to park on road. My clothes were wet even after 3 hours of keeping them in dryer. There wasn’t jeans. It was just simple formal. You have to pay separate for laundry where dryer isn’t functioning. It’s messy because small bedroom and kitchen is part of the bedroom....

Vor Ort dann die Enttäuschung - separat abgelegene Terrasse in irgendeinem Noteck ohne Lodge Zugang (kein Hinweis beim Check Inn), Terrasse ohne Beleuchtung, ohne Sonnenschirm und defekter Sonnenliege. "This hotel is very well located. It is at the center of Augsburg. The rooms are nice but quite small for a 5 star hotel but very nice and clean. Confortable beds. The staff at the reception are very nice and willing to help. The concierge not so much. I needed information and advice and she was not responsive. A 5 star hotel needs to have someone better involved in helping the guests."

"Beautiful hotel in the wonderful town of Fussen. This stay was my first night ever in Europe and I could not have picked a better location. Rooftop views, rose garden in the front, and walking distance to the city's shopping and dining are all amazing perks of this hotel. The front desk was very helpful in checking us in and getting our parking pass (the lot in the front was very convient). Our room was very spacious and had a lovely view of the city. I only wish I got to stay longer!"
