"The room was clean. I asked for a higher floor away from the elevator and they gladly obliged. Great amenities, robes, slippers, plush towels and good toiletries. The pillows were too soft, I asked for firmer ones, they obliged. There is an upscsle restaurant in the hotel. Easy access to restaurants and attractions. Breakfast buffet had a lot of selection. Made to order omellette available. The only reason I did not give them a 5 star was one night there was a water problem. The hotel had no water. We came back from a trip and were unable to shower. Cant use the bathroom either. Shout out to Regine, good ice cream and really good service."
