"Staff were very accommodating; my flight got in early before my room was ready to check in and I was able to borrow the shower in the hotel gym to freshen up. I called down to room service/housekeeping/ front desk many times during my stay and they always had a solution ; always came through . "After having had our flight cancelled at the airport and the need to find accommodation quickly our nightmare of a day turned out to be the best aa we found what can only be discribed as a hidden gem of a boutique hotel, the Filigrane is stunning. "Perfect hotel in Le Marais! we were in the two story unit on the 6th floor of the annex building and it was spacious, spotless and perfect for our family of four. Much more room than we would have had in a regular hotel. I would definitely recommend this to anyone! Area was fabulous as well - right in the middle of shops, cafes, etc."

"I travel a decent amount and I’ve never experienced a staff more friendly or with better service. And it wasn’t fake every single person that worked at this hotel was so helpful and kind.. our room got made up twice a day with little tgifts each night. Our needs were met immediately whether it was something in the room or help with the concierge. I’m so glad we picked this hotel. The rooms offer quite a bit more than other smaller hotels and since it’s newer, you’ll have a lot more luxuries...
