"Loved the location of the hotel up on the hill with a pretty view. The room was clean and cozy, and parking was great. My only complaint was the shower. It didn’t drain properly so water ended up all over the entire bathroom. We had to use our towels as barriers to keep the water from going everywhere."

"Brilliant place to stay for a small family, easy access to places near by, plenty parking space and everything available needed for a comfortable stay. "

"Amazing property to stay! The view from our room was phenomenal and the staff was super welcoming and accommodating as well. Bhader helped us at checking and kept in touch with uss throughout our stay."

"super breakfast, nice staff, clean and quiet rooms; great location"

"The stay was very enjoyable. The views and surroundings are beautiful. Food and service in the restaurant was excellent. We also enjoyed the spa and only comment we have is that we wished the jacuzzi water should be warmer. In addition, we were surprised that at the 4 star hotel there was no bottled water available in the room."

"The staffs are super nice. The hotel building is 600+ years with a great location and view!"

"Great location"

"Big beautiful and clean room, Great Lake views, Staff was very helpful with moving our suitcases. Would stay again."

"Clean rooms, beautiful new build with a fantastic family spa area!! Truly wonderful!! Kids were given a Christmas present which was a lovely touch. And we arrived very late on the first day, i knew it may be the case so i phoned in advance and they had prepared some food for us on the side, which was really great. A star missing because of unfriendly staff who were always fighting amongst eachother infront of guests and were unfortunately very impolite. It would be lovely to label the food...
