It was a good stay. They were doing remodeling and some landscaping the whole time we were there so we got woken up between 7:30-8am both mornings. There were a lot of loud machines in the background like chainsaws and blowers. We also had to ask for more toilet paper as there was less than half of a roll in our room with no extra rolls. Everything was fine in our room and we enjoyed our stay for the most part.

THIS PLACE AND STAFF ARE HORRIBLE DO NOT STAY HERE First, no WiFi, and you barely have reception. No laundry facilities, was told hasn’t been working in months. My room smelled like bug spray and had to sleep with a window open and the fan on too keep from feeling lightheaded. Found BLOOD on the light switch at the door. Upon checking out the front desk clerk literally poked her head out a back room door and asked if i was checking out and my deposit will be returned automatically. Until I asked her, do I too need to just yell across to speak to you or can you actually come to the desk so that I may talk to you. I explained about the WiFi, she said oh yeah, that’s not working. Then the laundry room, again the same facial expression and said again, yeah that hasn’t worked in months. After I explained the bug spray and blood, she said someone would contact me about a refund. Of course, I never heard back.

There were zero towels. TV did not get signal. The phone was not working.. the area around the hotel was not maintained. And there is a high fee of $80 for checking in one hour early. Very bad. We are not coming anymore.

I would not recommend this hotel. Wifi never works. Poor customer service. My room that they gave me was not cleaned and someone took a massive dump without flushing. I changed rooms and that one was smelly.

This property seemed like it was under construction and not fully done. The numbers of the rooms were taped to the doors.There was a large gap under many of the doors and the heating didn't work. There was only one towel in the room. The location was convenient for food with Burger King and Taco Bell in the parking lot and a Starbucks right across the street. Parking was also very easy.

I stayed there 1/25/2024. I booked 2 rooms. One for my 94yr old dad and one for myself. Our rooms had no working heaters and was told there wasn't any maintenance on site to fix it until the next day. I went to the front desk to ask for soap and was told i wasn't the only asking and that they didn't have any. There was also no washcloths, TV didnt get channels and wires exposed in room. I went to the office at 2am, called at 3am and 4:30am out of frustration. When i called at 430am i asked them to document my reaervation since i didnt sleep because it was too cold. I didnt shower because it was too cold and no soap or washclothes. i wanted a refund and to make a complaint. When i left i spoke to Shai and she promised me a call by end of day, after she spoke to management. Still waiting for that phone call. Hotel is goodnite inn outside hotel and on internet, inn at rohnert park on wall in lobby and on internet and comfort inn on another sign in lobby. Girl working at night said they were going to be quality inn soon she thought. She wasn't even sure of their name.

Thank you for your review. Before the end of day you called Expedia. I talked to them and they should have responded to you. I did go into the rooms and everything was in working order. I apologize for the newness of my staff and will use this as a training opportunity.

Nice stay in Rhonert Park
Everything was great, the staff, location, cleanliness and amenities. The only problem I had was that not all the tv stations worked even though it is new. In their defense I did not complain about it because I just watched movies on my phone. Other than that I would stay there again but I would check the tv out first.
