Hotel Dekat Roe Valley Leisure Centre

"Booked room for 3 nights. After 2 we were told we would have to move rooms due to an over booking. We had to check out of our room for 11 and our new room wouldn't be ready until 3pm. So we were without a room during the day. The hotel has recently been taken over and is now geared to families with children and our room was next to an adventure play park which was very noisy from 8am to 9:30 pm. "The staff at the IBIS in Coleraine were great - very friendly and helpful. However, my room had a distinct smell of smoke, as if a previous occupant had been a smoker - Not good! Also, no safe in the room! Also, maybe you need to review your policy towards young children in the bar area. say after 9pm, as there were some evenings where the bar sounded more like a kids playground than a bar! Food was good, particularly the roasts of the day."
