"We were very disappointed to find out that onsite parking was actually off site parking with a good 10 min walk carrying our suitcases. Staff wasn't too friendly either. Rooms were nice but AC only worked when windows are closed which we opened as it was at first 28 degrees in the room."

"This place was fine, but the parking was difficult and stressful. The hotel was hard to find and nowhere to park out front, so we had to call the number in heavy traffic with nowhere to park and she gave us the street address of some empty lot which was not marked at all as a parking lot and i had to keep looping around trying to find it. When i asked why it said "parking available" she said that wasn't the case in the winter. Then i had to move the car again to some other street spot. Really...

"You can’t beat this location and Gulio was a fantastic host. It appears to be the highest spot in the city so everything is visible from the roof which has a great sitting area to have a glass of wine and view the town. Many restaurants and shops were close by. The breakfast was very nice with fresh fruit, pastries, and coffee and juice. Especially nice were the jams made by Gulio’s mom. Add one to yogurt for a great treat. Gulio even bought a couple GF items for me."

"My sister and I, in our sixties, visited Monte Sant’Angelo during a trip to Italy. Although we were placed in a lovely apartment with a spectacular view, we originally booked a room in Arciuolo B and B. We learned that our room was not available but that an apartment (an upgrade) would be our alternative. All good except that it was a very steep walk-up apartment in a nearby building. "The B&B is actually a small apartment with two bedrooms and a kitchen. Has a great view of the valley below. We arrived really late at night and couldn't find it, but the owner met us at a gas station, guided us to the B&B and had dinner waiting for us - what a great service and friendly people. They speak only Italian but also some French, so communication is a bit complicated - but they make it work.."

"The residence was conveniently located a 10’ walk from the center, in a rather quiet neighborhood. The appartement itself was a bit small but very clean when we arrived but no room cleaning was offered or done. In fact the only weak point was that the air conditioner was located in the living room, NOT the bedroom, so the temperature was a bit warm for sleeping."
