"The service was simply excellent. We got a nice welcome drink and snack while waiting for our room to be ready (before check-in time), as well as some good tips for places to see and eat in. The stuff was very friendly and even discouraging you from tipping, which felt like a breath of fresh air and made the hospitability feel genuine. The room was.spottless-clean as was the whole place. We only had 1 night here, but we would definitely stay here again next time in Cairo."

" We were picked from Cairo airport very early in the morning, as we approached the hotel the host welcomed us and our luggage was carried to our room which was immaculate, the bathroom was spotless .During our stay the host was very welcoming and helpful in arranging different attractions.Breakfast was cooked fresh everyday. Towards the end of our holiday we were picked from the hotel to Cairo airport . It was one of the most memorable holidays I had ."

"Mohamed was a good host and good communication and was very helpful. We did not get the apartment that we had reserved, he did put us in a different building. But our rooms did not have a view, which was why I booked it in the first place. In Egypt things are just run alittle different. "good for 24hours reception so even I arrive late, still have somekne to help you. Most of them are young people in good attitude, wouldn't ask you for tips. The room is spacious but also but dusty and full of sand, facing to the main street so bit noisy, however the air-conditioning is cold enough, and shower water is well functioning."
