"The staff was extremely helpful and everything was close by."

"Do not stay anywhere else but here. If you want luxury and the historic Egyptian experience with amazing hospitality, this is the place to be. Perfect for families. We are going back during the same trip because we had so much fun. No one wanted to leave. "

"All the staff are very friendly and welcoming, all taxi and excursion were on time. The breakfast and à la carte menu could be improved."

"The place is convenient, clean and the staff are very helpful"

"My sheets were dirty with hairs, no wonder is super cheap, the breakfast it was not good, they only served what they want in in really small amount, there is nothing to choose same thing both days, when I asked for more eggs they said there is no more eggs they served only one egg with full of salt. Also The have a menu of drink way over priced, The only good things about this place was the pyramid view, and the welcoming of the employees other than that I was feeling very uncomfortable."

"Room was good for the price and the staff were very polite and welcoming. It’s got a nice rooftop with a kitchen and you there’s a nice view of the pyramids. Overall nice spot. "

"Staff very acomodating, food was great."

"We were promised two king beds and two twin beds but actual was one king bed, one single and one twin. Toilet hose and bath hose leaking. Curtains and floor are filthy. Lift got stuck as there was no clear instructions of not more than 3 people at a time. Lift didn’t work and have to manually climb the stairs and get down with all our luggages. Property address and actual address are different which made us to wander for half hour to locate the property. We found the hotel to be Joy Hotels...

"Dar Pyramids has a fantastic view of pyramids. Rooms are nice. However the highlight is the staff and how friendly and warm and welcoming they are. They offer favours and will always make sure you are taken care of. The service and attention was better than some high end resorts. "
