"Hotel was under construction (as advertised) so no amenities in place but available at sister facilities. Other than that, clean, nice rooms and no issues."

"Friendly staff, and it was a nice surprise to be upgraded to a suite. The hotel is very convenient for the ski bus, and the grotto hot tub was the highlight after a day on the slopes. It’s about a 10-minute walk to downtown Banff, and there’s also a bus stop right outside the hotel if you’d rather not walk."

"The kitchen had most things. We asked the front desk for bucket coffee filters and it would have been nice to have a not-stick frying pan or skillet. Otherwise, it met all our needs. Great spot after a day of skiing and hiking."
