"Darion was extremely helpful when I was there. I had trouble figuring out the office chair, trying to lift the seat. He was there within a minute (granted, I was right around the corner from the front desk) and showed me how to operate it. He was funny and a delight to be around. I think I spelled his name right!"

"This hotel is very noisy and very dirty, although the room itself wasn't bad. The hallway and elevator floors were filthy. There were what appeared to be homeless people hanging around the property and it appeared as if some of them were staying there. Maybe an ok environment for construction type workers staying from out of town but definitely not a family hotel."
