"I’m so impressed with the staff at the Liberty Lake Best Western. I broke my ankle and have been using a wheelchair during our trip for Hoopfest. I originally tried to keep the same room for both nights, but they were sold out, so we had to switch rooms the next day. Housekeeping went above and beyond by helping move our luggage and quickly bringing extra pillows and blankets so I could stay comfortable and keep my foot elevated while the boys played basketball. "This place has really gone downhill since ce we stayed here a few years ago. Our room wasn't vacuumed, trash can under sink was full, the nightstands had coffee residue. And the building smelled bad. The room doors are left open for anyone to walk in before anyone gets to their room. Definitely look for something better."
