"The room smelled awful. It was musty/moldy. You could hear everything! People next door were talking at a normal volume and it was like they were the same room. Couldn’t even closed the drapes and I was in the first floor so people could see it. I didn’t sleep at all."

"The air conditioning in multiple rooms did not work. It would turn on for 10 minutes then give us an error code. The room stayed at 84 degrees all night and we needed to open the hallway door in the morning to let some air in. I made a note to hotel staff when they asked about our stay but they didn’t respond."

"The nice, tender spot in Boston Strong’s world is located on the South Shore @ Nantastic Beach. In the center of great waves, IPA’s, stuffies and incredible views. This historic spot never let us down. The high rise of the Bay may wipe away the beach at times but the timeless beauty and comfort of this gem will forever shine like the diamond at Fenway. Which we visited several times on trip."

"I absolutely loved staying here! It was our first time to Boston and we went to the TD Garden literally right next-door. Everything down to the check-in and the amenities were great. My only complaint is that you have to turn on your lights with a remote control and that was a little tricky at times because we sometimes just wanted the bathroom light on, but it would turn everything else on. Or maybe they just needed to provide us with better instructions. Otherwise everything was great. The...
