Staff was super nice but the rooms were not the best. I had a cigarette hole in the top bedding. It was too late to request a new one but seeing how nice the staff was I’m sure they would’ve done it kindly.

The room across from us we were in 407 was to loud pass 11pm, we did not sleep at all. we called front desk they still did not stop. I want my refund. we came to a womens conference and other complained also. We were with a group of 40 ladies . Manny had the same bad experience at this hotel,

The area had lots of places near by and the hotel was clean and relaxing. My biggest issue was the lack of experience at the front desk. It took over a half hour to check in. Apparently having computer problems which is understandable but the front desk clerk said they just kind of throw them in there. I got charged 5 different times for two rooms! I called and it was like pulling teeth to get my money back. Some clerks could find the issue, others couldn't. They couldn't figure out the difference between booking through Expedia vs hotel. So they said they refunded it, great. Well then I got charged AGAIN. It has been over 2 weeks and I still have not received all my money back. I'm a pretty patient person but this is just insane to me. Completely ridiculous, unprofessional, and disappointing.

Nothing unique it’s a typical La Quinta inn. The only thing I would say was very subpar was the breakfast. Not enough options and food tasted horrible. Other than that it was all good.

Rude check in staff. First room they put us in was under construction. Front desk response “I’m not house keeping.” Breakfast a joke. Running out of food by 0700 on a slow Tuesday morning? I will NEVER stay here again. Staff need customer service training.

One of the nicest hotels ever in this price range!!! Hot breakfast was good. Only negative is that TV remote didn't work- had the change channels on TV itself. Highly recommend!!

We are doing a cross country car trip and this was a stop along the way. Had a good size room with a sitting area and separate sleeping area. Everything was clean and bedding and towels were good. Air circulation in the room was good. Place was quiet (midweek). A little bit of a different layout given that 2 of us could not use the sink area early in the morning because there was no door to the bedroom. Made for a slight inconvenience with 1 of us wishing to get up and try to get ready while the other one slept in for a bit longer. Attempted to work out in the workout facility but it was off the pool and way too hot. Could not find a temperature climate control for the room. Good thing I was the only 1 in it. Drive to Giovani’s for Chicago deep dish pizza. Was worth the drive.

Couldn’t use the pool. There were 4 adults and 20 kids in the pool. It looked like a birthday party even though the facility said no parties. Breakfast was well below average. Even though I paid for everything online ahead of time, I was told I owed a small balance when I checked in. Next time I’m in the area, I will try a different hotel.

The staff member who assisted us with check-in and check-out, Shawn, is AMAZING! The atmosphere at breakfast and at the pool was a bit chaotic and loud, however that was due to other guests and not within the facilities control. We will definitely go there again.

Hotel smelled like weed, pullout couch in room was severely stained and had sharp broken pieces hanging from it. Rooms need updating. Lobby was the only nice area in the Hotel.

The property is in horrible shape. It's also clearly a party hotel. It is not worth the room fees that are being charged. Initially, we had difficulty getting basic things like pillow for the sofa bed-fortunately, the young lady working the desk took it upon herself to find us the pillows we needed. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone - certainly not at the price we paid.

This room was not as good as the one earlier in the week. There were squeaky floor boards, this room did not have the walk in shower even though it was the same type of room and price. I could hear everything that was said in the room next door. The luggage trolley was almost impossible to maneuver. On the plus side, Lorraine was very friendly as usual.

I enjoyed my stay, but there was a smell of cigarette smoke up and down the 3rd floor hall and as well as in my room. And I am not a smoker, so I am sensitive to the smell. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay.
