Nice size place for family. Plenty of supplies for beach, cooking, activities... Quiet neighborhood. Easy walking distance to beach. Quick drive to Rockaway main drag/shops/restaurants. Great information about check-in, directions, procedures, and safety provided by host. Issues: Dead spiders and spider webs in every crevice behind furniture and in window seals. Dusty. If you have allergies to dust, bugs, or dogs, this home isn't for you. Also, we were not advised up front about the local water pollution issues. There's a good-sized water filter provided, but it would've been nice to know in advance so that we could've brought our own water.
