Universal Orlando Resort Rock Springs Run State Reserve hotels

"The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The complimentary shuttles to the parks are an excellent perk. The menu options at Pier 8 Market are good. I enjoyed a few meals there and was pleased with the variety and prices. There’s ample seating, too. The only complaint I have is that the guest room walls are thin, so you will hear guests in the rooms next to you. Hopefully this is something that can be corrected for quieter stays. "

"I travel for work and this is close to my job site. Great staff, great hotel, great price. When booking online there’s a resort fee that you pay at the hotel. It’s not crazy, just not disclosed online. The room was nice, clean, and quiet for the most part. For the price point it’s an excellent hotel in a decent location."
