This place is super clean and welcoming, it has the best peanut cookies, but the best of all is its people. Mary is such a wonderful person, she went beyond her work scope and helped us to plan our route to avoid snow storms on Christmas. We’re so grateful for her help. Thank you, Mary, for your help. 🙏

My suggestion is that for kids and animals, please put them on the first floor. We stayed on the first floor and there was dogs and kids above us that ran back in forth in their room above ours. The dog would bark and we could hear it throughout the night and it was a lot at 4:45 am in the morning. Also ask if your guest are allergic to animals so that you can put them in a specific pet free room. Our allergies were so bad in the morning when we woke up. We were traveling through so we only stayed one night, if we had to have stayed longer we would have asked to move to the top floor. Otherwise it was a very nice, clean updated hotel.

Convenient location, friendly staff, the breakfast and afternoon cookies are good. The rooms are a little run down and the pool/hot tub area was very dirty and cold.

Good value but needs updating
The staff was very friendly and kind, however the room was run down and in need of repair. The carpet was dirty, the grout in the bathroom was falling out! The baseboards were falling off and the bed was old & lumpy.

The furnace system was noisy and was always on ! I had to turn it off to get any sleep when it was 10 degrees outside!

Clean, easy check in. Except for what I would call outrageous 50,00 charge plus tax for my small dog. There is no warning nothing. I realize there is people who allow their dogs to be out of control and damage the room. Should be some sort of sliding scale or a refundable for people like myself that respect the property. There should be something included when looking for places to stay. I like Hampton Inn but not being blindsided when checking in.

Just not Hampton Inn quality
The desk clerk looked like he just came in quick to help out. Had a hoodie on & went over instructions real fast. The room was small but adequate. The a/c unit was loud & went off & on all night. It was noisy as were the people above us & in the hall. If you put something in the fridge, be sure to check that it's turned on...that was noisy too. Bed was comfy & breakfast was good. For $200+/night, i expected better from a Hampton Inn.

Great Stay!
Our stay was terrific. The hotel is nice but the staff is what makes it terrific! From front desk, to housekeeping, to breakfast staff, everyone was so helpful and kind!!! Can't imagine staying anywhere else in Rock Springs.

Left location and accessibility to freeway. Extremely clean staff was very helpful. Unfortunately the toilets were very low pressure and I was constantly worried that it wouldn’t flush. Also the AC was not working properly and when the AC would turn itself on, it would rattle and then stop. At least on low. We eventually had to crank it up to high and hope for the best. I did report it the next day and they did say they would make a note of it and have it checked. I would definitely try the place again. Hampton inns are typically our favorite place to stay.
