Overall it was a nice property. I was disappointed that there was no coffee maker or coffee offered in the room. There was no ironing board, or phone and the breakfast was to go only. Small adjustments would make this a nice stay.

Thank you for the review! We apologize for the inconveniences; we are still renovating so a few things are still being worked on. However our coffee makers are only available in our Superior King size room. For that, coffee is always provided in the front office!

the bed was terrible there was a hole so bad that when I tried to get up I fell. The smoke detector appeared to have no battery. The outlet by bed did not have a cover. I Frankly I felt it unsafe, had we known all this we would not have stayed,

The room 213 was double queen beds non smoking. Both beds were dirty burns holes everywhere in a non-smoking room. Also roaches!!!! Front desk guy lies and I got the run around now not receiving my refund. I hope my review makes it up to there corporate department. This is definitely bad business and experience

I was so tired from an 8 hour drive that I was able to pass out despite the itchy bed sheets and weird room smell. When I woke up at 3 AM I was greeted to a few cockroaches hanging out in the bathtub. Would of requested a refund if I wasnt so tired.

The room was good .we had to ask for another bedspread because one of them had astain of yellow on it. But housekeeping took care of the problem right away. The beds are a bit on the hard side. But manageable.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
I KILLED 2 ROACHES AS SOON AS I OPENED THE DOOR ... 2 MORE WITHIN 30 MINUTES! I had no other option and am sleeping with the lights on, recleaned the bathroom, lysol sprayed the bed and put down a towel under my feet on the floor 😡. I've never stayed any place this bad before.

My first two nights at $99 a night I was woken up at 4:00 a.m. to screaming yelling and carrying on I literally had to go alert the night time staff myself to get this under control

Too few plugs. Door key wouldn't work. Strong cleanser smell was was overwhelming. Breakfast to go is a joke.
