"The suite was clean, well-maintained, and reasonably priced. It was equipped with a large refrigerator, a small stove, and a microwave. However, the absence of basic kitchen utensils (such as cutlery and cookware) limited the usability of these amenities. Additionally, a $100 security deposit was required. Although this is outlined in the property’s policies, it is significantly higher than the industry norm (typically $15–$25). I recommend that guests verify the deposit amount prior to booking....

"Before arrival, I called and messaged the hotel multiple times to inquire the shuttle bus service, but I received no response—not even when contacting them through the booking intermediary, Expedia. The hotel lacked even basic in-room amenities, such as drinking water, I have to go very far to buy. The signage directing guests to the rooms was also unclear. A renowned brand like Sheraton should certainly offer a higher standard of service."

"The bathroom wall had damage from a past issue. The repair required drywall patching, which only had the first coat of drywall mud on it. It looked terrible and I could not believe that they would re-install the towel rack over it and consider it rentable. They did offer another room but it should have never gotten to that. No ice maker worked and you had to get ice from the restaurant."

"The hotel was nice and staff were very friendly. We only encountered 1 staff member who wasn’t as accommodating as others. We traveled with a young baby and the staff were helpful with our requests for additional services. They are responded quickly to any issues in the room. The hotel location is good, uber was reasonable as it’s close to DC, the train station is about a 2 (long) blocks away but easy walk, there are a variety of food establishments and CVS within walking distance.
