I've stayed a few hotels in Pescara (and around the world)... this one was good enough. Clean, good air conditioning heating. Breakfast was convenient, though not the best options for hot food. Villaggio Camping Costa d'Argento
No towels, no toiler paper, insdequate bed linens( we were cold and not enough blankets. Parking as very far from the rental. It did appear clean and the staff were nice and helpful. It was inexpensive. But I would not recommend it.
