"I found the Acoma House quite charming, clean and loved the artwork. There was not really a kitchen but a fridge, microwave and hotplate, which I did not use. My only complaint was the coffee maker, which took pods and didn’t give a full cup. I would definitely stay again if I was in the area"

"The checkin process was quick and easy. The noise level within the rooms was low given that the hotel sits at a major intersection of train, pedestrian and vehicle traffic. The room amenities were wonderful. The tv swiveled to face the bed. They’d really thought through the design of their smaller pullman car rooms. I’d love to go back someday! "

First, the hotel itself is beautiful -- gorgeous wood detailing, spacious hallways with tall ceilings, clean, a very popular DIY coffee/espresso machine in the lobby, etc. The staff, though, they really made it a special visit.
