They said Expedia sold a room type that the hotel did not have available. Our second room had only one queen bed. The second room also had a bad smell, and the bathroom was dirty. When I reported it to the man at the front desk, he seemed annoyed and uncaring. His attitude made me feel like I should be grateful that we got...

"The staff, Stephanie, was EXTREMELY helpful & pleasant. More businesses need people like her. Do whatever you need to, to keep her. The only real thing that was an inconvenience was the darkening drapes didn't close all the way...you could tell they weren't meant to. This feature could be added/changed because all light from outside came through."

"This hotel is fantastic. The front desk lady was super kind and very welcoming. She answered all my questions and had a great sense of humor too. The room itself was more than I expected and there were plenty of towels, toiletries, and also glassware in the little kitchenette, very nice. "They initially had us in a 2nd floor room, but we're able to switch to ground floor room as I can't do the stairs. In that regard they were very accommodating. The bedding and towels were very clean, but the floor was filthy and the soap/shampoo/conditioner containers empty. I notified the front desk who said they would tell housekeeping. No problem as they were not expecting to put us in that room. But after 4 days...floor still filthy, no soap, shampoo or conditioner. Also weird that...
