"Truly one of the most special places in the world, no place like it. Incredible setting, delicious food and top attention to detail. Patrick and Lamla (spelling?) were terrific and looked after us like family, even driving out to buy me some zamaleks when the hotel didnt stock it. Rooms are spotless and attention to detail terrif. Chef's Warehouse restaurant is a must. This was our second visit in a year and cannot wait to come back again. Very highly recommend it. "

"Beautiful room with ocean view! You can see waves smashing the rocks. Perfect location: 5 min from gorgeous waterfront where you can walk along the ocean for a long time and also 20 min to the trail to the top of Lion Head where you can climb and see incredible views of the ocean and Table Mountain. In addition, the hotel staff is incredibly nice and helpful. "

"Room was cleaned regularly with fresh towels at request. Had a beautiful sea view from our room I would say the decor is slightly dated but it did not make any impact to our stay it’s just an observation . Staff were very attentive , service was quick and food quality in the bar and restaurant were excellent . Bar area and outside tables very busy Friday night and weekends but that adds to it as there is a really friendly atmosphere with families and lots of people coming to eat and drink. Nice...
