"Tracey & Mark were lovely, very attentive. Boho suite was smaller than expected felt a bit closed in due to lack of views/light from windows. The other rooms were beautiful though. They had lovely linen and wines for sale also. Nice location in Tokai. Would go again. "

"Bell Rosen is the perfect Home from Home, in a quet residential area, very near a shopping centre and also very convenient getting to the Airport. The cooked breakfast was excellent every morning."

"Quiet location in suburb. Restaurants and gas station a short walk down the street. Large room and bathroom suite. Shower stall and full-size bathtub. Kitchenette for heating up food."

"We really enjoyed our stay, it is in an old house that has character. The owners are really friendly and we enjoyed good conversations with them. We even could use their breakfast room one day when it was too rainy to use their roof terrace. If you like older properties with little nooks and crannies and some steps here and there and nice fixed up rooms then this is your place. Lots of plants around as well. On the whole: good stay, we can recommend the place."

"Everything was WORN. Dirt on pillowcase in my room. No views as pictures on here indicate. Not on beah AT ALL. Bit by mosquiotos all night demanded refund for following night."

"Excellent location very close to the city as well as main attractions like Table Mountain and Kirstenbosch. Our host was extremely gracious and went out of his way to let us in after hours late at night after our flight was delayed and to answer our questions. The on site parking is very handy for our rental car and the complimentary breakfast is delicious. Would highly recommend this spot for 1-3 travelers looking to see the area! "
