Thy said 24hrs available for check in. When I reach the property, no one at front desk and guests sleeping in lobby area sofas. I waited 30mins and called Expedia and no support provided. Then I contacted Wyndham support and spent 1 hour. They also called and no one showed up even phone ringing continuously. I booked this hotel to take a stop with kids and end up eating time money as I had to book another hotel. I didn’t expect this type or bad service from Expedia. This group of people who owns hotels making this industry worse
