"The new owners are in the process of updating the property. We really like room 304, it has a separate bedroom, with the comfyest mattress that is awesome. It has a small kitchen area with a two burner stove and small refrigerator with a tiny sink! The balcony is awesome and has thee best views. Could not get the TV to work, one staff stopped on his way home and he couldn’t get it to work either! It really does need updated, huge stain in living room area, caulking on jetted tub looks like a two year old did it and I had to clean the hairdryer before I would even touch it, and please for the love of God clean the dang blinds, they are wood slated blinds and are caked with dust but at least this time there wasn’t a pancake in the microwave when we opened it to use it like last time we stayed there !!! I don’t think we will stay here again 😒. "

"This is a hidden gem place with beautiful oceanfront room. It almost made me not want to leave my room for the whole afternoon (just to enjoy the ocean view and sounds from my bed). The room was well renovated inside with small balcony access that lets plenty of light into the room, nice flooring, toilet has nice bidet option, the bed was big and comfortable, linens were clean and white, TV size was the biggest I have seen from many inns and motels I have stayed for this road trip. It also has the nice walkway to beach with chairs and fireplace. It has a tiny corner for breakfast, but I didn’t mind. Lincoln city beach was also very clean and beautiful."

"The pet fee was a little high compared to other properties in the area. $ 65.00 per night. Other properties are around $25.00 to $ 30.00. Great Place. Convenient and Clean!"
