"Gut ausgestattetes Appartement mit tollem Meerblick. Allerdings schlechte Instandhaltung und bei Anreise schlecht gereinigt. Schlecht gewartete Anlage mit vielen Mängeln. Die Beläge auf der Terrasse und am Pool sind beschädigt und es stehen Schrauben über. Achtung Verletzungsgefahr."

"We stayed at West Island by Horizon Holiday. Robby was friendly and welcomed us warmly. Unfortunately, one of the rooms had a strong sewage smell that spread into the living room. Despite attempts to fix it, the smell remained, so we couldn’t use that room and had to share the remaining two. This negatively affected our overall experience. Robby was kind and helped us arrange for a chef to cook for us one evening - and he tried to fix the smell, though it could not be resolved. Perfect...
