"Excellent service, the staff are great. The drinks were always great. Our room was very clean and spotless everyday. Only complaint is the breakfast could have a bit more variety and longer waits for dinner occasionally.

"We fell in love! This is our first time with the Grand Velas brand. We normally stay with the impressions side of secrets but I’m glad we decided to try this resort. It has literally ruined it for us and we can’t see ourselves going to another brand. The service, food and cleanliness is at a meticulous level. We went for 6 days 4 nights. We never had a bad drink or bad food.
Everything was absolutely fabulous. Kenia and Patricia on the adults side of the pool are amazing. Omar and Jose Jairo...
