The hot water did not work the first day (the property fixed the next day to their credit), the sink had a consistent gurgling sound during the night which we reported but was never properly fixed and kept us up each night, our room was not cleaned the last day of our stay and we were informed the maid had left when we inquired as to...

"My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is slightly off the beaten path, which made it quiet and enjoyable for us. We walked to the beach and to “downtown” San Poncho every day. The restaurant at the hotel was wonderful we enjoyed amazing fresh fruit and delicious coffee every morning and we had dinner there one night as well, all were 10/10. The staff was lovely and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again. "
