"The room was clean. The bed wasn't very comfortable and the pillows were terrible. We were also disappointed in the breakfast selections. The egg selection was gone, the hash browns and sausage were Ok. The decaf coffee was cold. And no hot tub. Not worth the high price we paid."

"The hot tub was out of order which was very disappointing. At check in we requested that our son have an adjoining room. He had requested that when he made his reservation. Not only did we not have adjoining rooms but we weren’t even on the same floor. They were able to move next to us the 2nd night but packing up and moving 6 people is a pain."

"The side door didn’t work, airconditioner was spotty, bathroom door didn’t close, pillows were very thin and only two per queen bed. It was quiet and check in was easy. For the price it’s everything I expected."

"We stayed at the annex, called the Shroeder house, 2 doors down the street. It was beautiful on the outside and had a garden and parking in back. Having only 4 rooms, it was nice and quiet. The room itself had a nice fireplace and giant jacuzzi tub, comfortable bed and cable TV. The location cannot be beat. Walkable to lots of stores, restaurants and bars. Washington House has a nice wine and cheese social hour with a variety of local wines and cheeses and crackers. The breakfast has...

"The room we stayed is was clean. It looked as though it may have recently been renovated. But the overall hotel looks very dated. The pool was a bit green and cloudy so we certainly did not use it."
