"The property is a step back in time and was fun. The biggest issue is the noise both from the street in front and the trains that run through the night in the back. The heating system is also extremely loud. Didn’t get much sleep."

"Terrible! The hotel called 10 minutes before our arrival and cancelled our paid for room. Left us stranded at 9pm in Pendleton, OR. When I asked for help finding another hotel the Hampton Inn rep hung up! "

"N/A. We did not use the AC. The bathroom needs some major repairs. Water in sink did not drain well. Floor tile lifting. Stains in toilet bowl. "

"The disappointment was that hot tub jets were not working. Picked the BW to have a good hot tub after a 6 hr drive. Breakfast and room were good. "

(Exterior still similar)HOWEVER interiors/staff/etc completely updated due to new ownership 3 yrs ago. Not fancy but very well priced for clean, comfortable one night stay!"

"There were no elevators working. The downstairs smelled musky and old. There were fleas in my son’s bed. He had his own room. We didn’t even unpack. We left right away and asked for a refund "

"Clean room, great beds & wonderful pillows too. The staff were very welcoming and we enjoyed the social hour the night we came in with the free soup, salad & a glass of wine too. The parking was good as well! "
