"Clean room, comfortable bed, nice staff, and good breakfast."

"The room was okay, but the service was unacceptable. My food delivery was taken by someone else as soon as it arrived, and when i contactex the front desk, the front desk staff claimed that it was already gone. The delivery was clearly marked for a specific room number, so there was no reason for it to be handed to someone else. The hotel needs to take responsibility for properly handling guest deliveries. "Hyatt House in Santa Clara was EXCELLENT! My room was incredibly clean and well maintained. The hotel was very quiet, and the staff was very helpful. It was also a treat to have so many dining options within walking distance, including a Safeway for groceries - great location! I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel!"

"Very good rooms and excellent amenities. Close to highway and very good location."

"Our experience at Hilton was 10/10. The room was very clean, the bed and pillows were soft and comfortable and the AC worked well. The staff were all very friendly and the check-in process was smooth and seamless. We will be coming back to Santa Clara for another convention soon and I will be booking with Hilton if any rooms open up (they are already all booked)!"
