"This hotel was run down , breakfast ran out by 7am , pool was indoor but cold and dirty . Everything is old , rusty , dirty , and smells ."

"This is a brand new property that was in a central location for our baseball tournament. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. It was a great bonus to have a full-sized fridge to use for our time there. There were some things I didn't realize before going on that I think are important to note that impacted our stay and might impact others. "The room was larger than normal. With a couple extra tables which was nice. It was really clean. The only thing I would have liked was to have a hair dryer in the room. I found out later they have them at the front desk but we just bought one at the Dollar General down the street. Really impressed with the value for the money. Stayed here twice in the last month. Would stay here again."

"There wasn't any soap, shampoo, conditioner. No coffee maker. No coffee in the lobby. No ice machine at the property. The kitchenette was absolutely empty. The windows coverings allowed all the light in. Will not be staying here again."

"This was a perfect little spot for me to spend one night since I was in town for a show at the Turlock Community Theater. It was going to be too late to drive back to the Bay Area. All I wanted was a clean, reasonably priced, comfortable room for the night, and I certainly got that and more. The room was well appointed with mini fridge, microwave, hair dryer, ironing board, everything I needed to spend a comfortable night and get well rested for the drive home.
