"There was hair on the shower wall that wasn't mine when I got there. The fabric couches are full of stains. There was a cup full of coffee that was left on the floor of the hallway the first day I got there and on the third day, it was still there. "

"Felt like I was not welcome because I had booked with Expedia. Was placed in a room next to the mechanical room. The bed in our room vibrated from the equipment next door. Requested and received another room. When checking out was refused a statement of our stay because I had booked through Expedia. I have received a statement at other hotels. The front desk staff were not friendly. The hotel in general needed repair and upkeep. Upon check-in I had to provide ID and give a $100 deposit which they said would be returned at checkout. But then refused me a statement. The breakfast had all but run out of hot food when we got there. The housekeeper was doing double duty of cleaning and breakfast."

"Bed was not the best. Loud noise from maybe a compressor that my room was near. Breakfast was a 10/10. Staff were great. Very clean. "
