O Hotel é nosso preferido na região (foi a nossa quarta hospedagem), pois está bem localizado próximo ao centro de Rivera e Livramento e tem estacionamento próprio e um Cassino. As acomodações são muito boas, mas deixo a dica de preferirem os aptos dos fundos (tem uma casa na frente do hotel com cachorros que latem à noite). O café da manhã é bom, embora não tenha muita variedade.

As observações que tenho a fazer são: o Wi-Fi não era muito bom e o nosso quarto (602 Suite Royal) tinha poucas tomadas. Inclusive havia tomada apenas em um dos lados da cama. No mais estava tudo ok. Bom café, boa localização, boa cama, bom chuveiro, quarto limpo e bonito e staff atencioso.

Gostamos muito da hospedagem. Embora o hotel seja um pouco mais antigo, atendeu plenamente às nossas expectativas. A localização é excelente: dá para ir a pé até a rua principal de Rivera, com fácil acesso a restaurantes, comércio e compras em geral, o que fez toda a diferença para a nossa estadia. O atendimento foi um ponto muito positivo. Toda a equipe foi extremamente cordial, atenciosa e solícita. O quarto estava sempre muito limpo, com troca diária de toalhas, tudo muito cheiroso. Apesar de o hotel ter carpete e nós sermos alérgicos, não tivemos absolutamente nenhum problema nesse sentido, o que nos surpreendeu positivamente. Usamos a piscina e também fomos até o cassino, ainda que apenas para conhecer, e achamos a experiência bem interessante. Talvez a área comum, como a piscina, pudesse passar por uma pequena reforma, mas nada que comprometa a experiência. Tudo ao seu tempo. O café da manhã era gostoso e atendia bem às necessidades do dia a dia. No geral, foi uma experiência muito boa. Se um dia voltarmos a Rivera, certamente nos hospedaremos neste hotel novamente.
