"Amazing stay!!"

"The rooms were beautiful and well stocked, front desk very helpful right by Main Street Breckenridge"

"Very happy with this stay."

"Great little spot, 10 minute walk to downtown. Staff was amazing and the little elevator was so cool! Great room, clean and comfortable. I will definitely be staying here again!"

"The location was perfect. The Mountain View was breathtaking"

"great experience overall and close to everything!"

"Great location comfortable only negative no air conditioning a fan helped a lot and second the upstairs bedroom area had a spiral staircase hard for 2 70 y/o to use. We will return to this hotel "

"The best night’s sleep I had during a week long road trip! The unit is very good, the bed is spectacular (even though it’s a Murphy bed). The location rocks. The complex is due for some much needed seasonal maintenance. The hot tub needs an overhaul. Otherwise, great stay!"

"Cozy place, great location, and staff was awesome. "

"The Property is located perfectly for walking into town and the gondola. Great Tiki bar and food. The staff was helpful and friendly "

"Great Location, could not have been more enjoyable"

"Great place to stay! Convenient to Main Street and walking distance to everything! Overall great place to stay only negative thing is the walls were thin, and we could hear the people next to us and above us. Other than that highly would recommend."

"Stayed here for ski trip. Location is just a short walk / drive to Gondola that goes up to Peak 8. (Gondola is free). Behind the building was the major shopping districts and restaurants. Also a short walk. The kitchen was adequately stocked but a little small. All in all it was worth the expense. "

"Great location for visiting Breckenridge shopping area and summer hiking and winter skiing. "

"The facilities and room were quite nice and the person at reception - Brooke - was exceptional: warm, welcoming and helpful. However we had a few issues upon arrival that could have been avoided with a bit of extra attention: - the cleaning crew left the fridge door ajar and ice from the freezer melted into the fridge and onto the kitchen floor - the shower valve wasn't operational and had to be fixed - the toilet plunger was disconnected and wouldn't flush We took care of those issues...

"The room itself was amazing and clean. Easy access to everywhere. Not happy being charged $1 when checking in and then my card being charged another $1 when checking out. That's an expensive interest charge for $2! Also not happy with Red Awning who the room was booked through. I would not recommend them, terrible communication!"

"Pros-pretty area, cozy and quiet place Cons-WiFi did not work and front desk was not helpful, NO hot water and no communication about it"
