"December 2023 the pool was warm and hot tub was hot. December 2025 the pool was very cold, no longer temp controlled, and hot tub was chilly, with very little temp control. So pool was disappointing. Everything else was great!"

"I was pleasantly surprised by the clean and modern room. The only downside was that the elevator was out of order, which could be bothersome if you have a lot of luggage to transport to/from your room. I like the lobby coffee bar available until noon, and the breakfast choices were perfect to have a healthy start to my day. The area is safe for a solo female and it is practically beside The Galleria Mall if you go through the Nordstrom entrance. There is a bar across the street that plays loud...
