"The room was quite small for 2 adults and 2 children and there was a lot of noise from the interconnecting family room next door. The main problem was that the floors were filthy. The facilities in the room were OK. It was quite a long hike to get to the slopes and to restaurants. Overall OK but if we went back to Pra-loup we'd aim to stay further up the hill"

"Nice quality accommodation that is in good condition. The pool was a bonus, but charging an extra 20 euros for the sauna and steam room is petty. On check out we were charged 80 euros to clean the apartment, which is excessive as the room clearly hadn't been overly well cleaned before we arrived. At best, each apartment would take a maximum of 1 hour to clean properly, which doesn't occur, so 80 euros is simply profiteering."

"Having read some reviews I expected this to be more run down than it was. It was actually very good for the money. Linen was provided free of charge, as were cleaning items for the flat and enough plates, cutlery and kitchen items, which some reviews had said were either extra or not available, but I believe towels were extra (we bought our own). Staff were helpful, place was very well located next to the lift and a 5 minute walk to the supermarket. There is underground parking, but it’s height...

"Il faut savoir que vous êtes ici en appartement. En ce qui nous concerne 6 couchages (possible à 7). Il s'agit d'appartements meublés et équipés (couverts, assiettes...lave vaisselle, micro onde...couvertures oreillers). Ces appartements appartiennent à des propriétaires privés qui en ont confié la gestion à Eurogroup. Wifi mais il faut rester dans le secteur de la box qui est à l'accueil. C'est bien mais quand même pas comme sur les photos...Pour les 15 premiers jours de juillet tout à fait...

This was a problem at 2am at 1800 metres up on the mountainside.. The following morning, we were allocated 1 roll of toilet paper, and thereafter, you had to buy your own. "We stayed in a house-keeping unit (with kitchen, balcony, etc.). There was a lovely heated pool with a great view. The location was very convenient for excursions into the mountains (GREAT hiking a short drive away!!). We made our own meals, but the for-fee breakfast seemed pretty good (from what we saw). The laundry facilities were 2 washers (no dryers??), shared with the hotel cleaning staff. We decided against using them. We had to ask for dish detergent, dish cloth, and dry cloth,...
