"This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Checking in, the staff member was more concerned with her conversation with a friend than helping us. The phone rang and she visibly rolled her eyes at her friend and said she should hang up on the caller (again, in front of guests trying to check in). Our door had scratch marks all over it from animals. The room smelled like wet dog. The bathroom floor was peeling up. Dogs barking throughout the day and night. The hotel elevator alternated between smelling like smoke and weed. There was a racist sticker in the elevator that nobody took care of, and animal feces on the floor outside the elevator and down the hallway. If I could have afforded to eat the cost of the room and leave, I would have. Absolutely horrendous experience. My friends room smelled like an ash tray, had a sign saying pest control would be in, and the fire alarm hanging from wires in the ceiling. I will never stay here again."

"I was treated poorly by the lady that works at noght when i checled in and checked out like she hated her job. I also had a horrible time trying to sleep becaise it was loud till 6am by guest slaming doors and talking in the halls, and when i complained the night lady didnt care. wont ever stay here again."

"Breakfast was cereal thT was pretty much it. Our bathroom door didn’t shut properly. It’s was supposed to be. Queen room and it wa a bible bed room with full beds. You could hear every single thing in that hotel. The neighbors having conversation at a regular tone voice. The people walking down the hallway. The diodes horrible le that we ordered to the room. Basically frozen pizzas and a salad that was brown and disgusting. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Nobody wants to use the toilet when everyone in the room can join in. "

"The room and lobby were clean, and the bed was reasonably comfortable. The hotel is right across the street from a motorcycle shop and right next to a main road. So, engines were revving, and it was frequently too loud to rest peacefully. However our experience was poor mostly due to service issues from the front desk person staff member. He was unwelcoming when we arrived, unhelpful when we raised a concern about the room, and generally unfriendly throughout the experience. I would not ever stay here again."

"While the room was clean our curtains were broken so it let in a ton of light. While it was not the hotels fault the room next to us started singing happy birthday at 5:30 in the morning but it was on the hotel that when we tried to call and make a noise complaint when it didn’t stop no one answered at the front desk after trying several times over a half hour period. The hot tub was broken when we were there and we never did get a chance to talk to the front desk. The beds were not comfortable and the breakfast was okay."

"Rooms were clean and the same kind of amenities found in other hotels Things to be commented on are 1. Breakfast could have varied items Biscuits and very watery gravy, scrambled eggs and either overcooked sausages or bacon for a 7 day stay makes for a boring morning Been to other holiday inns that offer more of a variety 2. Rooms were very roomy (we had 2) Bathtubs need to be worked on: One bathtub bottom was slippery (almost slipped in tub) and when I told the front desk clerk he said to put a towel in the shower and he would bring me more to put on the tub floor. Never happened but we had an extra hand towel and used that. Good idea as I would not have wanted to have an accident while on vacation Other bathtub had a bulge in the middle of the shower tub 3. Hallway floor was wet from people using the pool and not drying off enough before leaving the pool area I know this would be a guest issue but it should be addressed as floors can become slippery when wet (first hand experience that ended with me getting pins and needles in my foot)"

"Worst place I’ve ever stayed in the whole world and I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels. Dirty, gross, old, filthy, worn, disgusting."

"I stayed here for a relaxing getaway so I spent a lot of time in the hotel room. It met my needs in every way. I loved the full kitchen including a full refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and stocked cabinets. There was also plenty of space to relax, sit, work at a desk and eat. I would recommend this hotel and I would stay at it again in the future. There were a few minor inconveniences but it wasn’t a problem. One of the two elevators appeared to be out although it wasn’t posted. The ice machine on the 3rd floor was also removed but I did not check if there were others. I used the gym and it was a good set up there. It had the necessities. I did not utilize the pool. The bathroom was clean and stocked and the bed was comfortable."
