"Apartamento bem localizado, proximo do hotpark. Condominio com boa estrutura e bom acesso ao Rio Quente. Porém, o atendimento durante a estadia deixou a desejar. Tivemos problema em um dos chuveiros, que não foi solucionado ao longo de 4 dias de estadia."

"Check-in did not use reservation #, next day locked us out of room said we didn’t pay. Had to pay again to get room opened. Showed receipts from hotels.com and credit card. Would not refund. Wasted 3 hours of vacation trying to solve their errors."

"The hotel is the oldest in the Rio Quente complex But the best located for access to the natural pools. Staff is extremely friendly and food at the Casa de Cora main restaurant is very good and with a wealth of choices. A must visit place. The hotel has respected the surrounding nature of the area. "
