"I booked this hotel because it has an indoor pool and hot tub, which is very rare in Ecuador. The hot tub was fine, but the pool was not heated and ice cold. Did not see a single person using it the whole stay. The pool is more for show than anything else"

"Yes, all room amenities were perfect. However, on the fourth floor above me, the owners had a dog that they allow on the balcony that literally bark much of the night, so my sleep was invaded. Also, it was Carnival and they were yelling and screaming part of the night from a balcony. But the breakfast was very good and they had plenty of coffee. I will stay again but probably not during Carnival."
