Previous comments pretty much said it. Not a great place, but convenient for my early flight the next day. Shower had strong pressure and was hot. Everything is dated and worn. Hard for my Uber to find the hotel. We circled around and he dropped us off at Terminal 1 where it wasn't clear that the hotel was there. I think there were signs for "Hotel" on the road, which I didn't realize was for this hotel. We just got out of the car and walked in and it was 2-minute walk inside the airport terminal to the hotel. There were no windows in my room - I'm guessing because it's in the middle of the airport building - the whole hotel, I mean. It's a 10 minute walk within the airport premises to Terminal 2. I was able to use their little gym at 3am, which has one treadmill, I think an elliptical, and a bench-press/shoulder press machine. Check-in and out was uneventful.

The property is very basic especially the furnishings and finishings. The shower door was not closing shut and water leaked to the floor. The bed was not comfortable and towels were very worn. We survived the 12 hr layover overnight but will not be our desired accommodations moving forward!

DO NOT stay here! This is a safety/health hazard. They’re located next to airport fuel and it reeks of the smell, and the front desk acknowledged it and did nothing to refund us.

property is located at the airport in Terminal 1. we took Uber from terminal 2 bet it was very difficult to find it. NO signage anywhere! It is ok for one night but no more than that.

For its purposes the hotel was fine. It is very basic don't expect any luxury. But it was convenient for catching our flight early the next day after arriving late at night at GIG. If you are looking for a hotel just for a few hrs because of the flight this is a decent option.

If you need a quick stay flying in and out of Rio it is convenient, but both our rooms had a large population of ants scurrying around. One roomed smelled. The bed was saggy and old. The deadbolt was broken. Positives, It was safe and convenient and air conditioning worked.

The room has no window and it smells like an old facility. The AC is noisy and the control is limited to on-off, without temperature set-up. Overall, the lack of concurrency in the area makes this hotel alive although very below of the standard.

There was no hot water to shower. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the sheets did not look clean. The tv didn’t work and the wifi was also inconsistent. Not a good stay.

Room has no windows. Beds and bath need upgrades, they look different from pictures shown. The advantages is that it is right inside the airport terminal 1, which is an abandoned terminal. It offers shuttle to terminal 2.

Adequate for a short stay of 1 or 2 nights right at the airport. Easy shuttle ride between terminals. The terminal the hotel is in is being remodeled so it’s not being used for flights at this time.

The hotel is satisfactory for a safe, clean place to sleep and that’s about it. The rooms don’t have any windows and it’s actually inside Terminal 2 at the airport. My flight arrived late, after midnight and it can be dangerous to travel at that time into the city by taxi or bus so it’s a reasonable option to stay safe. Pay attention, be sure of dates, etc. before reserving because this hotel doesn’t refund in the case you cancel a booking!

This was supposed to be a 4 stars hotel. Reception looks ok but things quickly have a sharply turn when you enter the premises towards you room. The hotel was built on an old part of the airport building on a single floor. It looks and feels like you are entering a detention facility. Everything was built with the cheapest materials they could find on top of a concrete structure. Doors, decoration, everything looks and feels like a one-start hotel. Clean, for sure, but that's it for a positive note. On top of everything, the room has no windows!!! Surprise, surprise if you are claustrophobic. No room in the hotel has windows, so if you don't want to be sleeping on a 4 wall concrete structure with no natural light, this hotel is not for you. I feel sorry for the staff that are doing the best they can with what they have on their hands. But it is a tough call. It is embarrassing, to say the least, by being the only 4 star hotel in the International Airport in Rio.

Hotel in the middle of a deactivated terminal, very creepy vibes, no proper signage to get in or out. Definitely do not walk there from Terminal 2, take the hotel van. Rooms do not have a secondary lock, can't be sure the door is locked. No windows so do not go there if you are claustrophobic. Decor from the 70s, cold shower. Staff was nice, breakfast was good, wifi is decent.

One of the most unique and bizarre hotels ever. In the abandoned Terminal 2 of the Rio Airport- compeletely abandoned but I believe the Police station is now housed there. Like something out of a Stephen King novel. Thru windows you can see escalators that haven't been used in years like an abandoned Mall. Eerie. Hotel fine, beds really small. Restaurant OK

As there were no signs outside the terminal, I had to ask someone for directions. We had a rental vehicle for a family of five with a 3 yr old and there was no designated parking area to unload our luggage. Thankfully, my son in law is from Rio de Janeiro, so he was able to speak to someone to tell them we needed to unload our luggage, transport to the other side of the terminal as the hotel, we learned was on the 3rd floor. No signage until we were well on our way back through the terminal. For the sake of others, especially families, please, please invest in roadside signs, signs outside the terminal and signs inside to properly direct customers.

Don't let initial impressions fool you. The hotel is tucked in an old airport terminal. It was very conveniently located and easy to get to our flight. Will stay here again.

The hotel is in an area of the airport that apparently is in renovation. The room looks like a motel room and remember they say that is a 3 stars hotel but I would give a 1 star to be generous. Very disappointed

I don't know what the other hotels in the area are like but this one is run down, didn't seem like any improvements have been made in the last 50 years. Having said that it's secure and ok for a single nights stay.

A little rough - seemed to be in an abandoned flight terminal and it had a fake window. Slept fine, but this is not a place for anything other than a quick sleep before or after a long international flight.
