The staff spoke limited English so there was an immediate langugage barrier that was a big surprise. The hotel was real busy and really crowded, breakfast was delicious, rooms could use an update. Otherwise, a fair hotel to stay at.

The place where it is seated is gorgeous. Plus: amazing and clean installations. Phyto-herbs shampoos, soap, and hair conditioner...tasty breakfast! The crew is handful and proactive.

In front of water, seemed a safe area. Property was however, very very dated with few good amenities and not kept clean (pool) regularly. Bed was poor quality and overall room layout and design was uncomfortable

Had to change rooms due to the disgusting state of the room and bathroom. Tiny flies all over the bathroom ceiling. The room floor was sticky. Had to buy an extra pair of discardable flip flops just to walk around the room and bathroom.

Escolhi o Novotel Barra pra comemorar meu aniversário. Agradeço pelo upgrade pra frente mar, late check out e bolo com cartinha de felicitações. O hotel é muito bem localizado / posto 7 da Praia da Barra.. oferecem guarda sol, cadeiras de praia e toalhas. Achei o café a manhã delicioso. Enfim, um ótimo custo benefício. Funcionários muito gentis.

A experiência foi muito boa. Já tinha me hospedado em outras unidades do Novotel, porém essa unidade foi realmente impressionante. Um ponto que ficamos chateado foi que ligamos para a recepção a noite e não tivemos nenhum tipo de resposta e retorno, mas nada que atrapalhasse nossa estadia.

Atendimento foi bom, passei o constrangimento na manhã do dia seguinte que desci para tomar o café e me surpreendi, mesmo pagando uma diária de 750,00, que o café não estava incluído, fiquei chateado e no momento da reserva fiz até um pedido de quarto superior, e não existe qualquer alerta de que o café da manhã não está incluído.
